Break Fix
For organizations who don’t require an ongoing preventative maintenance program. Service is on a “per call” basis.

What’s Included: As normal, we’ll provide a quick response time and proven reliable service.
 
 
Yearly Service Plans
A yearly preventative maintenance plan based on a flat rate for each printer.

What’s Included: A preventative maintenance program that includes a yearly inspection and tune up to help catch problems before they happen. Also, we’ll support your printers throughout the year with unlimited service calls and free parts & labor. (Consumables are not included)
 
 
Cost Per Print Plans / Print Management
A maintenance program which is billed according to your printed page volume. Kyocera offers technology that allows for dramatically reduced supply and operation costs.

What’s Included: All supplies (except paper), parts, labor and travel time are included in one quarterly payment, which based on your printed page volume over the previous 3 months. The typical HP print costs 2.5 cents, which does NOT include maintenance and parts. Our Kyocera cost per print prices range from 1 to 1.5 cents per page. This reflects a dramatic costs savings. The average desktop printer runs 4,400 pages per month – a simple analysis will show a significant savings.
