Graffen Remote Support

To download the client, click on the link below and enter the username and password given to you by your Graffen technician. Then click on "open" or "run."

(NOTE: You may have to click on "open" or "run" twice on some systems.)

When the Graffen Collaboration window appears, click the "Show My PC Now" button. Give your Graffen technician with the 14-digit "Share Password" to allow remote control of your PC or server.
